Lead high-profile projects to achieve our operating model ambitions

Within our Business Transformation Office, you will join our Value Chain Optimization (VCO) department. Here, you will influence, coach and challenge Management in adopting and implementing continuous improvement by delivering high impact projects that support Strategic business priorities. You will work cross-functionally to manage projects all the way to implementation phase and hand-over to the business.

You will be managing 1 or 2 complex strategic projects at a time to:

• Establish the right structures, methods, roles and responsibilities to secure programme progress.

• Apply your experience and insights and engage with stakeholder in defining the future strategic direction, approach to and implementation of global processes, systems and tools related to continuous improvement.

• Develop the continuous improvement capabilities of leaders and talents by building capabilities (mind-set, structures and competences) among senior managers and internal consultants.

• Facilitate global workshops and decision processes.

You will be based at our HQ in Billund, Denmark, and part of our global community where you can look forward to some travel activities.

Continuous improvement expert with international experience and excellent interpersonal skills

In this position, you will take on a challenging role towards management to deliver impact and develop mind-sets into working in new ways. This will further develop your ability to manage your stakeholders and at the same time be able to develop balanced solutions and introduce continuous improvement initiatives to the business. To facilitate this, you:

• Have 5+ years of LEAN implementation or functional expertise from Supply Chain functions, but with appetite to learn about LEAN.

• Have hands on experience in driving projects with many stakeholders in an internal environment.

• Have experience working with management to secure mandate and support for initiatives, ideally including experience as an internal or external consultant.

• Have experience driving strategic projects and applying change and stakeholder management techniques.

• Have excellent communication skills and speak and write English fluently.
