Do you have what it takes to manage complex and large IT-infrastructure outsourcing contracts? Then you might be the new Contract Manager in our expanding team. Your responsibilities as Contract Manager You will be part of the Contract Management team with reference to the Legal department. You will be working closely with Line of Business providing contractual and legal advice and guidance negotiate and obtain good commercial arrangements, and review and counsel new offerings. Further, you will engage in developing best practices and ensuring contracts are managed optimally throughout the contract term. As Contract Manager you will be working with challenging tasks such as: - Implementation of the contract within the organisation and provide continuously training in the commercial terms of the contract. - Answer quickly and accurately on various questions about interpretation of the contract and provide recommendations for NNIT position for negotiating possible disputes and settlements with the customer - Identify and proactively manage contractual and commercial risks and issues - Review and manage contractual obligations and ensure all terms and conditions are met - Manage changes to the contract and subsequently implementation of changes - Ensure a commercial focus and ensure that all legal and contractual matters are addressed quickly and efficiently - Develop and implement contract management tools, templates, methods and processes for the engagement. Your qualifications and experience Based on a strong professional background in Contract Management you have at least 4-5 years of extensive experience with large IT-infrastructure outsourcing contracts. Preferably, you have a MSc. in Business Administration and Commercial Law (Cand. Merc. Jur) or a degree in Economics, Commercial Law or similar. We expect that you: - Have conceptual understanding of IT-infrastructure outsourcing contracts - Are able to advise and interact with all levels of management in a proactive manner - Are commercial orientated with an excellent legal / contractual understanding - Have a proactive mindset and are determined to deliver high quality within tight timeframes - Are a team-player who appreciates knowledgesharing You are fluent in English and are an excellent communicator both written and orally.
