For Siemens Real Estate (SRE) we are looking for a Contract Manager for Hard Facility Management, to provide strategic and tactical accountability, leadership and ownership of outsourced contract of building maintenance provided to Siemens Denmark. The Contract Manager reports to the Head of Contract & Line service management. What are my main responsibilities? Together with our finance support function and indirect procurement, you ensure a proactive approach and handling of contracted opex and capex cost With the SRE location management team and its internal customers, you develop new ways of business embracing the concept of need to have vs. nice to have with an eye for new technology and smarter ways Exercise supplier partnership to its fullest potential Your qualifications Through a proven record within a large and complex corporation, you can exercise and maintain a strategic view on all aspects of the contracts and ensure in close cooperation with the supplier, that the contracts are developed ensuring high quality on a need to have basis. Having an in-depth understanding of the financial structure of the contract and its costs is important You are a person with an open mind, service minded yet firm in your way to assist and manage the SRE governance role You work well in a team and understand the importance of cross functional support in the team You are self driven and will in the team take initiative if and when you feel it to be appropriate to ensure knowledge sharing. You are extrovert and have a good sense of humor that you are not afraid to use in our vibrant team You may have acquired your skills within the building industry, preferably in a larger organization and have an education that match your ability to handle contracts and large budgets A background within building industry is not essential, but can be an advantage in your day to day business with the supplier What else do I need to know? This include all services related to the operation, maintenance and services of all Siemens building portfolio and their users, This incl. but is not limited to; building maintenance, Security, Catering, Cleaning, Card adm. and reception services across Denmark.
