Do you have the skills and the experience to manage the financial business controlling of the Danish and Norwegian service & repair activities within Vestas Northern Europe? Do you have strong analytical and communication skills combined with a business acumen and self-driven approach? Department Our new controller will be part of a global Finance organization, and will join the department Service Controlling within BPM Service NEU. The Finance department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our success. Responsibilities: It is the controller’s responsibility to manage the financial business controlling of the Danish and Norwegian service & repair activities within Vestas Northern Europe and act as business partner towards the local management team. Also the controller will ensure that internal and external financial requirements are met. Your tasks will primarily be: Controlling of activities within the Danish & Norwegian markets Business partner for the departments and managers of the service business; including repair shops for Blades and components Manage month-end closings and internal financial reporting Secure that all service contract cost and revenue are accounted for properly Secure compliance to the Vestas financial guidelines and perform Eurosox controls and documentation Assist budget and forecasting process, and be gatekeeper of valid budget assumptions Ad hoc analysis Participation in network of service controllers in other countries Qualifications: Capable of communicating with the organization regardless of background and understanding of financial issues The successful candidate will have a relevant education within business administration (HD, B.Sc.) or equivalent You probably have 2-3 years’ experience from a similar job, preferably in an international company Willingness to work analytical with large quantities of data Result orientated and persistent English is our corporate language, which you must communicate fluently Vestas uses SAP throughout the entire organisation, and SAP experience is considered a great advantage What we offer: We offer you an exciting and challenging job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development with the leading company in wind energy.
