Controller – Group Control & Consolidation Brief Description In the Group Control & Consolidation department we consolidate the internal and external accounts from all FLSmidth entities. Group Control & Consolidation is a department under Corporate Finance which reports to the Group CFO. To assist in internal and external management reporting and controlling of the entities we are seeking a Controller. In this position you will have ample possibilities for gaining insight into our various business activities. Detailed Description Your prime objective will be to assist in the internal and external reporting to top management and OMX Nordic. Over time you will have responsibility over entities and ensure that the entities report according to FLS reporting guidelines and IFRS. In detail, you will: · assist in the monthly and quarterly reporting (actual, estimate and budget) · perform controlling tasks and follow up on entities’ reporting · have responsibility for individual tasks in connection with the reporting process · assist in ad hoc tasks You will report to General Manager of Group Control & Consolidation and work together with 10 dedicated controllers with whom you will be sparring. The job will give you approximately 10 – 20 travel days per year and an immense surface of contacts as you will continuously interact with e.g. Financial Managers and CFOs in various group companies on a global scale. Job Requirements To be successful in the position you need to have a Diploma, BSc or MSc in Accounting, you should also have at least 3 years relevant work experience from an international auditing firm. You have some experience with management reporting and are used to navigating in an international environment. You take responsibility for the progress of your tasks and take pride in achieving the ambitious goals of both group and department. We use Hyperion Financial Management system, but it's not a requirement that you have worked with this system. Anyhow, you must be an advanced user excel and be familiar with PowerPoint.
