For our Jack-Up Operations department, we are looking for a Coordinator to support us in the administrative work related to operating Jack-up vessels. As a Coordinator in this team you will act as the back-office function for the team responsible for ensuring the best possible utilization of these highly specialized vessels globally. What are my responsibilities? • Support the Resource and Schedule Manager regarding: - Hiring-out contracts/documentation - Daily progress reports - Coordinate Certification - Maintain technician profile overview - Support in connection with EHS activities - Vessel planning • Order and follow up on purchase orders • Manage our intranet (Sharepoint) and team email accounts • Meeting and workshop coordination, including scheduling and preparation of minutes of meetings • Team documentation (org charts, site overview, fleet overview, etc.) • Ad hoc support/tasks. What do I need to qualify for this job? • You thrive in the coordinating role in a global setup where it is required that you keep several balls in the air simultaneously without losing track of the overall perspective. Your work style is characterized as highly structured and you work concentrated and independently towards achieving your goals • You are service minded and demonstrate a can-do spirit • You are well versed in the most common IT applications (like MS Office) and preferably also SAP and Sharepoint • You possess strong analytical skills and are an effective communicator with excellent English skills orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
