- Administrative - Denmark - Søborg We are recruiting for the position as Global Team Coordinator in the Strategic Operations department, Global Medical Affairs CVP area. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Operations, you can look forward to working with 19 colleagues on a continuous basis, covering many different tasks, from administrative to project-specific tasks. About the department You get the opportunity to join an international, high performing team with a variety of backgrounds (project management, communication, marketing and international business). In Strategic Operations, we use our differences to create novel ideas and high-quality solutions; we develop strategy and processes for Medical Affairs and drive engagement planning and medical education for Key Opinion Leaders & Health Care Professionals. Moreover, we collaborate with key affiliates and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of the Medical Affairs function globally and strive for excellence in all we do. The job Your tasks will include managing the department budget, working on the Global Medical Affairs Globeshare site and providing support to the project managers in the team with coordination and logistics on different projects, such as internal communication, internal training and the Global Scientific Expert Meetings. In terms of budget management, you will be responsible for the department Line of Business budget and project budgets, where it is your responsibility to follow up on the budget, do monthly reporting and plan the budget in close collaboration with the management team, the CVP Assistant and our Finance team. Furthermore, you will be involved in the day to day management of the Diabetes eXpert Directory (DxD), implementing system improvements, ensuring optimal maintenance and answering user queries. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring the Office Trainee in the department. You will have a close working relationship with the rest of the GMA Administrative team and you are encouraged to seek cross team and organisational collaboration in your daily work. Qualifications You have an administrative education and have experience from working with administrative processes and project tasks of various kinds. Knowledge of SAP and budgets is an advantage, as is experience with Globeshare. You also demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. You are proactive, service-minded, have a can-do attitude and have good coordination and planning skills. A strong quality mind-set including a high level of quality in deliverables, coordination and planning will be a natural part of your work. You can work independently and you strive to find solutions to challenges at hand. Finally, you must have excellent command of written and spoken English.
