If that sounds like you, we hope that you will apply for the job as our new coordinator of hourly workers in the Rig Projects division! The Rig Projects Management department has a dedicated and flexible staff. You will work together with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that projects run safely and efficiently, and you will coordinate the hiring of temporary staff from our premises at the harbour in Esbjerg. The job involves several travel days. Responsibilities and tasks: You will establish contact and networks with international suppliers of temporary staff, coordinate with external suppliers and organise the hiring of temporary staff. Other responsibilities: •Ensuring and optimising a perfect utilisation of hired temporary personnel •Monitoring and keeping records - establishing valid data for decision-making Professional qualifications: You have a Bachelor of Commerce, MSc or similar combined with international experience and preferred offshore knowledge. Furthermore, you have: •Thorough experience of hiring external staff •Good negotiating skills •Experience of financial IT (ERP systems and Excel) Your profile: You are fluent in English and preferably in Danish and other languages.
