- Legal - Denmark - Bagsværd We are looking for an enthusiastic lawyer for a new position to support the areas of global safety, quality and manufacturing as part of the Pharma Law team. About the department The team is located in Novo Nordisk headquarters and is comprised of 10 attorneys. The department is part of Novo Nordisk Global Legal Organisation which employs more than +140 lawyers in approximately 40 locations throughout the world. We provide legal advice within a broad range of areas including non-clinical development, device development, pilot production, clinical development, product registration and approval, manufacturing, marketing, distribution, sale, quality and product safety. The position We are able to offer you a challenging and exciting position as Corporate Counsel in a high-performing and energetic team. We are looking for a candidate with, strong legal analytical skills, strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, good communication and presentation skills in English, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and work effectively in international settings as well as a multi-cultural environment, impactful with a good drive, good stakeholder management skills and are a good team-player. Day to day tasks will include advising on safety and quality related issues such as global customer complaints, anti-counterfeit activities, product liability, pharmacovigilance legislation and good manufacturing practices. It will also include review, drafting and negotiating of contracts in relation to safety data exchange, global manufacturing sourcing and supply chain. Finally it will also include drafting guidelines, conducting trainings and driving ad hoc projects of a global nature. In handling the specific tasks, you will interact with key stakeholders within Novo Nordisk globally, as well as external counsels and third-parties. You will work closely together with the other lawyers in the team and will have independent responsibility for key tasks. The work place will be in Bagsværd, Denmark. As part of the Global Legal Organisation, you would also be involved with cross-functional Global Legal projects and, in addition, various opportunities, both in Denmark and abroad, offer potential for further personal development. Qualifications The desired candidate will have: Master’s degree in law combined with 3-5 years of working experience from a law firm/a private company or public authority Previous experience in the healthcare/life science industry desirable but not necessary Been admitted to the bar in Denmark or another country Fluency in English (verbal and written) - Danish language skills are not a prerequisite Please forward your application online via link: http://www.novonordisk.com/careers.
