CFO/ Group Legal, IP and Contract Review/ Procurement and Product Development You will be a part of Vestas’ Group Legal team which is responsible for providing a broad range of legal services for the benefit of the whole Vestas Group. The sub-department Group Legal Procurement and Product Development consist of five lawyers who provide legal services to the Vestas Group's global sourcing and R&D functions. This includes driving and supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of contract templates and contract processes as well as governance around contracting with the overall aim to control and create transparency with regard to risks. Responsibilities: As Corporate Legal Adviser in Group Legal, Procurement & Product Development you will be offering a broad range of legal services to our internal customers. Your tasks will be: Development of contract tools and standards. Participate in and drive contract negotiations. Support on contract drafting. Provide legal training to the organization. Participation in the establishment and further development of business processes and best practice governance. General ad hoc support for larger projects across functions in the legal department. You will be responsible for advising the Vestas Group on legal risk management and conduct analysis to assess common themes, trends and aggregations. Qualifications: Masters degree in law (cand.jur.), lawyer (advokat) or equivalent Work experience within a comparable environment, in a law firm or in a corporate function Experience in contract drafting and negotiation Fluent in English Competencies: Proactive and service minded Ability to communicate at all levels in order to provide accurate information on complex matters Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills Good commercial awareness and understanding Capable of driving complex projects What we offer: We offer an exciting job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring, dynamic, high performing and international work environment in the renewable energy sector.
