About the department The Changing Diabetes® department is headed by Director Soraya Ramoul and is responsible for Changing Diabetes® and access to diabetes care strategies. The Corporate Environment department is headed up by Senior Director Dorethe Nielsen and is responsible for the Environmental and Climate strategies for Novo Nordisk. If you are an experienced administrative assistant, interested in working with many different people throughout the Novo Nordisk organisation and supporting our business processes, this is a great opportunity for you. The job The CSE Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Changing Diabetes® but will support both departments equally. The CSE Coordinator will provide general administration support to the Directors and the two teams and will work closely with the team of coordinators in CSE. The general administration covers budget management, calendar administration, travel arrangements, meeting and off-site planning, homepage editing, linguistic editing, as well as coordination of business processes such as e-voice and quality management reviews. Further to the general tasks, you will be responsible for dedicated administrative projects planning of meetings for the CVP area. In terms of budget management, you will be responsible for the department Line of Business budget and project budgets, where it is your responsibility to follow up on the budget, do monthly reporting and plan AB and RE in close collaboration with the CVP Executive Assistant. The job offers a wide range of tasks, broad interaction with the entire CVP area, the possibility of organising your daily tasks in a setting, where things run fast and two days are never alike, and you will have excellent opportunities of utilising and developing your coordination and planning competencies. You will be part of the administrative network in CSE. Qualifications We are looking for a person with an open and positive attitude, proactive and service minded. You have an administrative education and a solid administrative working experience from working with a wide range of administrative processes. Previous experience in budget management is a prerequisite. It is important that you work in a structured manner and show attention to detail and that you thrive in a dynamic team environment.
