Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? We believe it is the sum of all the experiences our customers have with Grundfos that make our brand. As our new Creative Brand Consultant, you are responsible for driving projects that activate the Grundfos brand in different touch points ranging from brand communication projects to improving the experience with our quotations. You will also take part in training our local companies in how to strengthen the brand locally. Another part of your job is to support the expansion of “BrandBox”. We cooperate with the best marketing agencies in Denmark, but believe that some marketing and communication activities and campaigns are better solved internally - by people who have a deep knowledge of the Grundfos brand and who are physically close to our product experts. BrandBox is based on freelancers, and when we develop larger projects, we need a person who can act as consultant, run the creative process and push the creative limits. “We work on the brand globally and we function as a centre of excellence, training best practice across the globe, to help each country to optimise our brand locally. This also means that you should expect to travel approximately 30 days a year to different locations,” Gitte says. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You have a master’s degree within Marketing, Communication or similar combined with 3+ years of experience, preferably from a marketing agency and/or marketing function. You also possess project management competences and strong knowledge on digital media platforms. Being fluent in English is a must – preferably combined with international experience. “On a personal level, you are creative and have commercial understanding, which allows you to be customer-oriented, and you are driven and ambitious enabling you to execute on your creative ideas. Finally, you have great collaborative skills, are positive and outgoing, and you know how to be convincing and interact with different cultures,” Gitte finishes.
