Carlsberg Corporate Security & Crisis Management has a vacancy for an experienced, security and crisis management grounded professional to take on the challenging position as Security Senior Manager. You will be responsible for the operational direction and development of a variety of key security areas in Carlsberg Group and be a key player in a small central team, which has the Global responsibility for Security & Crisis Management. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic personality with excellent Security & Crisis Management skills and a strong business understanding. You are a team player and experienced in working cross functionally. You are expected to interact with Carlsberg companies worldwide ensuring the development and implementation of our Security & Crisis management strategies and policies. Key responsibilities: •Drive and manage the Global Crisis Management setup •Drive and manage the Global Travel Security setup •Be part of driving security efficiency programs country by country and region by region together with external service providers •Best practice sharing and sparring for the business in relation to: •Support in Security and Crisis incident response •Support the business in relevant investigations •Act as deputy for the Head of Security & Crisis Management in his absence ?Physical & Site Security ?Employee security ?Event security ?Information security We are looking for a candidate who: •Is experienced and skilled within all aspects of the Security & Crisis Management areas mentioned above •Has communications and analytical skills •Has the ability to motivate and drive results and has highly developed interpersonal and networking skills. •Comfortably collaborates at all levels in the organisation.
