Is this an ideal opportunity or what? So, what will you be doing? You are the technical mastermind behind further developing the Jabra CRM platform. So, first and foremost you ensure a stable, efficient and flexible CRM platform. This basically means that you are responsible for architecture and configuration plus the integration between CRM platform and adjacent applications. And in this position you own a superb mix of tasks, and participate actively in configuration and development activities for CRM and integrations. With a spicy mix of both IT and business people, Digital Business Development, CRM & Online has full ownership of the CRM solution. And you will get to make friends with highly esteemed colleagues from all parts of the organization, including Global Marketing, Sales Excellence, After Market Service and Online Sales. You will be given a lot of responsibility and mandate! Pretty cool, eh? Oh yeah, who are you? • You have +6 years of CRM experience – preferable MS Dynamics CRM 2015 Cloud version • You have deep knowledge and experience with Scribe Insight since our CRM platform has a lot of Scribe integrations to adjacent backend applications (AX, SAP, Sitecore) • You have great communication skills since you’re architecting changes and new projects in close corporation with business and IT colleagues • You are fluent in oral and written English. Preferably also Danish • Preferably, you hold a Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent or higher • Preferably, you have international experience With your fantastic personality, you act as a role model by demonstrating accountability, proactivity and a holistic approach.
