You will be based in Odense and join 3 colleagues in our Nordic Customer Care Team. You will primarily service our Swedish customers and help them with issues such as order information, logistics, credit information, inventory inquiries etc. Help our customers You take calls and answer emails from both business and private customers. Therefore, you will gain knowledge about several aspects of our business and products. You should expect to answer questions about prices, deliveries and handle complaints and much more. As part of this, you make sure to register all information about a specific case in our system, and you will also occasionally – during peak hours – answer calls from customers from the other Nordic countries. Swedish speaking and service oriented •You have experience working with customer service •We will train you in our products and services but you need some technical flair to succeed in this role •You speak and write Swedish fluently and you have strong English skills as well as some knowledge of the other Nordic languages As a person, you are outgoing and service minded. With your open and friendly attitude and excellent communication skills, you are able to engage with all types of customers with many different requests and challenges.
