You will join Danfoss Solar Inverters (DSI) – a strong and innovative business area. You will be part of a team of five dedicated employees with an ambition to elevate customer satisfaction in relation to claims and complaints handling in Danfoss Solar Inverters. Efficient customer support As Customer Claims Manager your overall objectives will be to ensure efficient handling of customer complaints as well as focus on continuously improving our processes and quality of services. Another focus area will be to improve customer satisfaction with complaints handling by involving the organisation in order to meet customer expectations. Your tasks will among many others include:•Customer interface for claims and complaints •Handle and coordinate customer claims efficiently •Ensure compliance with the quality policy •Coordinate customer feedback and ensure that lessons learnt are disseminated in the organisation •Prepare quality reports upon agreement with OEM customers and participate in customer meetings •Coordinate and follow up on quality issues with internal departments and local hotlines •Keep hotlines updated concerning open cases and quality improvements made in DSI products •Contribute to improving products and services Service minded, customer oriented and a can-do attitude Your engineering degree (e.g. electronic or IT technology) is backed by solid experience from a similar position working with customer claims handling – preferably within areas such as IT technology or electronics. You are experienced in working with quality statistics and implementing lessons learnt in an organisation. As a person you are result-oriented, and you base your high-performance work on technical expertise and your ability to see possibilities instead of limitations. You are an excellent communicator with strong relationship-building capabilities, enabling you to establish a key network of contacts, internally and externally. You are able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. You are service-minded and value structure and planning in order to deliver best in class customer complaints handling. As Danfoss’ corporate language is English, you must speak and write Danish and English fluently. If you also speak and write German it will be a plus.
