Global IT > Sales, Service & eProducts > Sales & Marketing The Sales & Marketing department is an important and growing part of Global IT that supports Vestas growth with tools and solutions. Vestas is striving to drive Global processes and make the Marketing and Sales processes more efficient. You will be a key person to facilitate solutions to this journey. You engage with main stakeholders in Marketing and Sales and together you plan the transition deliver the solutions. Responsibilities Trusted advisor to create target architecture for CRM processes: We are looking for a Business consultant that can build, improve and optimize Vestas Sales solutions within Customer Relationship Management processes and develop our Marketing solutions in the Digital direction. You will help us achieve our ambitious goals of strengthening the entire commercial business area. To do so, you will act as a trusted advisor for the line of business, Group IT, the management and our IT vendors. You will have a leading role in the definition and execution of the target architecture for our C4C processes in Sales, always applying your keen eye for optimizing and streamlining our solutions. More specifically, you will participate in projects and: Collaborate with business and solution architects in IT to define, develop and communicate value driven solutions taking into account cross-functional business objectives Ensure the right quality in the solution design and delivery from our Offshore and Onsite vendors Support the Commercial team with understanding of key deliveries Collaborate with senior management in global Sales Operation to foster business strategy implementation Own the C4C IT roadmap capturing sales business demands, the derived IT scopes and associated business cases Support prioritization and budgeting of business demands with a clear understanding of value, scope, impact and cost Qualifications Mastery of CRM architecture with expertise in process management and/or digital products for global businesses Senior level understanding of business process improvement and/or digital innovation Extensive experience in implementing CRM systems preferably SAP C4C Experience in implementing Marketing and Digital solutions Ability to communicate technical information to and influence a wide and varied audience, from IT staff to senior executive management Advanced written and spoken English language skills Excellent presentation skills Competencies Moreover, your personality is of outmost importance.
