Vivino is by far the most used wine app in the world and we are creating the world's largest and easiest marketplace for wine. It's already available in 10 countries with 300,000 products and we want to make it available to many more customers.You will join a global team in our Copenhagen office.

As our Interim Customer Experience Partner Coordinator (CXPC), you’ll work to ensure our outsourced customer support team is and delivering world-class customer support to our users. The position is a maternity coverage of 10 months starting as soon as possible, preferably in January 2019.

A Partner Coordinator is responsible for day to day support to our Partner Managers and their assigned outsourced Partner site in delivering performance outcomes, and in owning and facilitating Partner site administration and key support processes. Coordinators collaborate with the Partner Management team to guide our Partner sites to ensure they are an extension of Vivino.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Partner site point of contact for key support processes, including training for and holding Partners accountable to process health around subjects such as IT and systems ticketing, action tracking and documentation.
  • Support shared services teams and cross-functional groups by managing Partner site visit processes, holding them accountable for creating agendas and readouts.
  • Review daily queues of tickets from our European customer support teams and assess areas of opportunity for process improvement, education opportunities and make recommendations to the CX Ops Team.

  • Communicate effectively with internal leadership to identify customer pain points and propose solutions to policy, user experience, or other areas for improvement.

  • Assist in the development of training materials to address identified areas for improvement within the CX process documentation program
  • Evaluate workflows and find ways for them to be more efficient, relevant and valuable.
    Help understand the top user issues and make recommendations to improve Vivino products and policies; support team in being the voice of the customer to the rest of the company.
  • Ensure proper labor hours are scheduled to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met on an on-going basis including, but not limited to, peak seasons

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Significant experience using Zendesk, Helpshift, Salesforce or other similar CRM and ticketing platforms
  • Excellent English written and verbal
  • Support experience in a high-volume environment, including service industries, retail, hospitality, travel or other support environments.
  • 1-2 years professional experience in operations, marketing, customer service, or similar customer-facing role, ideally in a startup or in a fast-growing technology company
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time to meet goals and deadlines
  • Experience supporting technical or data products is highly preferred
  • Move fast and provide creative solutions and recommendations to customer needs
  • You're attracted to a relaxed but ambitious environment, with 60 people across 20 nationalities working together in 1 office
  • You enjoy being trusted to deliver, without micromanagement
