Summary Change how the world works with images. Colourbox, the company behind the two websites Colourbox (sells stock photos online) and Skyfish (professional tool for organizing images online) is looking for someone open, customer-minded and driven to join our sales department in Odense, Denmark as our new Customer Relationship Coordinator. You will help our sales department identify and optimize leads for Skyfish and Colourbox with a focus on the Norwegian market. Job functions… Identify and contact potential leads by phone and email, acting as preliminary point of contact before handing off lead to sales executives. Make follow-up calls and send mails to existing customers and identify potential up-selling opportunities for hand-off to sales executives. Your qualifications… Fluent in Norwegian - both written and oral. Great communicative and persuasive skills. Experience with sales/customer service but that is not a requirement as we will provide full training. Open and friendly personality with a desire to talk to customers and deliver outstanding service.
