We are looking for a new colleague who is passionate about delivering world class customer service to customers around the world and who would like to work in an active and diverse environment with the opportunity to engage in exciting projects and process improvements Support our global customers in LEGO® Education Your primary responsibilities will be customer service and order handling and related tasks including inquiry handling and order entry. Moreover, you will: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure well-functioning daily operations. Responsible for customer service and order handling which involves a portfolio of both physical and digital products and solutions. Develop your functional expertise, network and share knowledge across functions and departments. Give input to future projects or activities within LEGO Education Operations to drive continuous improvement. Have the opportunity of becoming super user. Customer Service professional with global experience The challenge is to deliver consistent world class customer service in an energizing environment with customers based all over the world. To take on this independent role, you: Have extensive experience with order handling, solid knowledge of SAP (particularly within sales and distribution), and an excellent customer understanding acquired in a similar role. May have experience with shipping and customs document, as it will be considered an advantage. Have previously worked with customer service in a global environment. Preferably have experience with sales. Speak and write English fluently. Additional language skills are an advantage.
