Wincor Nixdorf is now looking for Business Service Architects located in either Solna, Espoo, Ballerup or Oslo reporting to Head of Services Engagement Management with start date as soon as possible. Start date: As soon as possible Location: Wincor-Nixdorf’s office in Solna, Sweden Wincor-Nixdorf´s office in Ballerup, Denmark Wincor-Nixdorf´s office in Oslo, Norway Wincor-Nixdorf´s office in Espoo, Finland Responsibilities - Design of the end-to-end solution - Lifecycle management of business services (order, operate, dismantle, invoice) - Service meets customer requirements - Service meets business line requirements - Maintain service catalog content - Prevent implementation information leak to customer - Escalation point for allocated customer accounts - Create detailed target services and IT Infrastructure - Technical design of solution (standard, non-standard, possibly with external elements). Synchronize with operational model and operations/delivery units - Description of proposed solution. Deliver costing for the solution and evaluate and safeguard the required/intended service level - Support negotiations with respect to the solution topics - Description of designed non-standard elements as a standard (if useful) Experience - Bachelor degree in an IT technical discipline or apprenticeship in requested area with additional education - 5 years’ experience in requested area - Basic Business Knowledge (e.g. IT cost/benefit analysis, Roll calculation) - ITIL Certification required Personal skills - Good IT knowledge in SST and client/server and network area - Strong industry know-how in banking and retail area - PC literacy, including MS Office - Noticeable leadership skills - Constantly endeavor to ensure responsibilities are carried out to the highest standard - Consistently professional and positive - Able to take responsibility for own professional development - Acceptance of change and being open minded to new methods - Act promptly and decisively when dealing with problems and provide solutions - Good spoken and written English More information: Jennie Stärnman, HR Coordinator Nordics, jennie.staernman.ext (at) wincor-nixdorf.com Does this sound interesting?
