Job Description

Danfoss is on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative, that will play an important role in maximizing customer satisfaction through delivering industry leading service. The successful candidate will be placed in an interesting role, with varied responsibilities including customer service, sales administration and first line technical support

Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you must be able to work very independent and keep motivation also if the path is strong. It is also important you have a technical background combined with experience working with customer service.
 
Areas of Responsibilities

• Selling CO2 spare parts to partners, distributers and end-users 
• KPI’s turnover & gross profit 
• Coordination of delivery with service 
• Participating in pricing strategy aswell as quoting and invoicing
• Fast order follow-up (Leadtime, delivery method)
• Participating in making new spare-part overviews to ease future sales    
• Building up strong technical knowledge regarding spare parts
