Then you may be the new CVP Quality Partner for Sourcing Operations (SoOp) in Bagsværd. About the department SoOp is the central purchasing area in Product Supply, responsible for purchasing, distribution and warehousing of the thousands of materials going into the production worldwide. You will join 20 dedicated colleagues in Business Support, responsible for supporting this organisation with, amongst others, Lean expertise, business analysis, project management and project portfolio management. The position As our CVP Quality Partner, you will be the overall Quality Ambassador of SoOp. You will be responsible for ensuring that the general level of quality and compliance is continuously improved and that our quality systems and processes live up to the requirements of relevant authorities and Novo Nordisk standards. You will therefore be expected to drive our quality processes, to develop and drive quality KPIs in SoOp and to develop and implement best practices as well as teaching and guiding your colleagues about rules, regulations, systems and processes. You will facilitate and be supported by a Q-coordinator network, which drives and anchors the quality processes on a department level. Qualifications You hold a relevant academic degree (e.g. Pharmacy, Engineering or Chemistry) and have 4-5 years of operational experience from working within the pharmaceutical industry with GxP, quality and compliance requirements. You keep yourself updated continuously on changes in authorities requirements, and have an excellent ability to translate these into relevant targets as well as engaging with stakeholders to implement these targets. You have great interpersonal, stakeholder and communication skills, and an ability to set a clear direction and inspire others to follow. You have a strong personal drive enabling you to persistently pursue your goals and achieve results in a challenging environment. Lastly, you are proficient both in spoken and written English.
