Then apply for this maternity cover for a one year period for our CVP Training Partner in Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) in Hillerød. About the department DMD is a project organisation with 250 dedicated employees who aim to be the best manufacturing development partner in the field of medical devices. DMD is responsible for all device related processes end to end including packing and transportation. As CVP training partner you will join a diverse team of 15 skilled colleagues in DMD Business Support. DMD Business Support is responsible for delivering support to the organisation and DMD management team by ensuring efficient business processes and project management based on best practice. As part of the role, you will also enter a training community together with the other highly dedicated and competent training partners from other parts of the organisation. The position As CVP training partner you will take on different roles such as Poject Manager, facilitator at workshops and developer of training roles and organisation. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and operationalise processes to sustain an effective learning set-up and training plan for the site. As such, you will drive the development, implementation and follow up on learning activities. At workshops you will train employees in using the standard training tools and methods, while ensuring that the standard is translated into the employees everyday context. As an advocate for the training standard you will play a major role in promoting and implementing the agenda and related learning processes. At the same time, you keep developing the training setup to be an effective provider of clearly defined roles and responsibilities. You can look forward to a challenging job, with a high level of independent decision-making in a diverse environment and work closely with the management team. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree, e.g. within Training Psychology, Human Resource Management or other relevant education and preferably have experience from the pharma industry or similarly regulated industries. You have a proven track record within project management and/or change management, and you are able to navigate professionally in a diverse and at times divergent stakeholder environment. You have a good understanding of complex processes and know how to operate in a cross-cultural and dynamic organisation. Moreover, you are able to utilise your strong social and communication skills to become a go-to person, who can facilitate and lead the way by engaging and motivating colleagues. Lastly, you work independently and have a high personal drive to achieve results. Fluency in both written and spoken English is a pre-requisite.
