The Danfoss Postgraduate Program is a talent development program offered to a limited number of high potential graduates with the ambition, global mindset and intellectual strength to impact positively on Danfoss’ future goals. In the Program, you will have a unique opportunity to: •Apply and further develop your capabilities within your professional field. •Work with and build extensive knowledge within all relevant areas of R&D, including technical applications, product development and market and customer insight and cooperation across the whole value chain. •Learn how to use your knowledge to drive future product development processes, ensuring the link between innovation, sales & marketing, operation and an overall need for very high quality standards. A two-year program tailored to you The Danfoss Postgraduate Program is a two-year program which gives you the opportunity to play a vital part in four different projects, each of six months’ duration. At least one of these projects will be completed outside your home country. The first project will be ready and waiting for you from day one. You then select the subsequent projects together with your mentor, based on your profile and learning needs. In each project, the project owner provides coaching and guidance on a daily basis. A master’s degree in engineering with convincing results To be selected for the program it is crucial that you: •Are in the top of your class and hold a master’s degree in engineering. •Have a technical background within mechanics, mechatronics, electronics or software which enables you to understand our applications. •Have an innovative business approach to product development. •Possess excellent English skills and that you are mobile and willing to travel frequently. •Are ambitious and have the will to win, and that you thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic world. •Are a team player who can listen and learn and who are ready to work at all levels of the organisation. You have to be able to start in the program on 1 September 2015 at one of our locations in Denmark.
