Building a Data Excellence function that will drive future services and offerings
At GN, we provide intelligent audio solutions that let you hear more, do more and be more than ever thought possible. To make sure that we keep revolutionizing the world of hearing, our Data Excellence team will be created to develop a solid data strategy that will revolutionize the user experiences, develop AI solutions and new services and business models. Together with your new colleagues, you will build the foundation for the future strategy, securing that data will be the strategic enablement when executing on the business strategy, commercial activities and product development.

A commercial mindset and a knack for data and analytics
We are looking for a candidate who has a strong business understanding combined with in-depth, hand-on knowledge of data and analytics and have demonstrated result of using data to drive new business solutions. You have a highly developed ability to analyse and differentiate large volumes of complex data and use the findings to proactively generate new insights and business initiatives. With your strong analytical, strategic and commercial mindset, you can comprehend complex information, spot opportunities and translate these into solutions with maximum business value. You are well-equipped in the world of data and come with a proven toolbox for how to collect, store and process data, conduct data mapping, data maturity assessment and is seasoned when it comes to data governance. 

We expect you to have:
• A master’s degree preferably and minimum 5 years of experience from a large organization or min. 2-3 years from a top tier consulting firm working specifically with data and analytics.
• Experience working with data and analytics to drive innovation across products, services and business models.
• Practical hands-on experience working with data, platforms, architecture, governance etc.
• Objective, fact- and data driven mindset
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills
