Do you have a degree in engineering and decommissioning/abandonment experience? Would you like to further your skills within decommissioning of phased out installations in the Danish sector while ensuring a high safety and environmental performance? We Offer A unique opportunity for a skilled professional with a background within decommissioning. In this position, you help drive a safe and efficient decommissioning of phased out facilities. Overall, you will have excellent learning and development opportunities within the A.P. Moller – Maersk Group. You will be a central player in our decommissioning of phased out facilities, and you will be exposed to disciplines in the final part of the value chain as well as further your skills within project economy, planning and execution. You collaborate with numerous stakeholders within different areas such as DUC partners, technical authorities, Asset Operation and Offshore Construction as well as the Installation & Decommissioning Manager and the Project Leadership Team. Key Responsibilities You will work closely with the Installation & Decommissioning Manager in preparing input to the abandonment contract (decommissioning, remove and dispose) as well as evaluate options and solutions to select the most optimal. Other tasks include preparing the scope of work and specifications for external contractors, abandonment contracts and bid evaluation as well as screening technical solutions. Moreover, you will: Oversee and follow up on external design contractors Co-ordinate with other disciplines in Tyra Future projects to ensure continual iteration of optimal solutions and alignment of interfaces Participate in interdisciplinary design reviews, HAZID, lay-out review, etc Provide technical direction for contractors Prepare concise material for communication of the outcome of evaluations to both internal and external stakeholders Your mission is to ensure that all activities are performed in a cost-effective manner and that safety is always our top priority. As such, you serve as an ambassador for the company values as you work to maintain an unceasing focus on operations excellence and innovation. Who we are looking for Key to your success is that you have sufficient experience to be able to work independently across disciplines with minimal guidance.
