Dedicated and proactive Project Assistant/Project Coordinator to support major projects and programmes

Are you looking for professional challenges in a rapidly changing project environment, and would you like to be part of the driving engine behind our digital future? 

Join us and become our new Project Assistant/Project Coordinator in our Project Management Team where you’ll be responsible for supporting major initiatives, i.e. large-scale programmes involving anything from planning to facilitation, communication and analyses. You’ll join a highly diversified team of professionals, and you’ll often find yourself in a key position to enable the project to execute efficiently and on target. 

Our team, which is part of Agile Delivery in the IT department, consists of approx. 50 project managers, scrum masters and release train engineers, who lead IT deliverables across a portfolio of business and IT projects and seven Agile Release Trains, operating within the SAFe framework. 

We enjoy a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment with many professionally exciting and challenging initiatives such as the adoption of an agile mindset to enable and accelerate our digital journey.

 

Your key tasks will be to

• assist programme and project managers and teams with, for example, project planning and preparation and facilitation of workshops
• coordinate and prepare budgeting and handle financial controlling and reporting within the project in compliance with governance and standard procedures
• prepare and follow up on Steering Committee Meetings and decisions
• assist and drive select project focus areas such as risk management, business benefit mapping and follow-up, and knowledge sharing
• coordinate and maintain communication within and from the project. 

Furthermore, you’ll drive ad hoc tasks, including qualitative and quantitative analyses.

 

Your competences include that you

• are a recent graduate or have experience from a professional project environment
• have strong interpersonal skills and a structural approach to supporting major projects and programmes
• have strong and to-the-point communication skills, are self-driven, take initiative and work independently with a proactive approach and a desire to improve things
• are very skilled with numbers and spreadsheets; ideally, you have some experience from financial controlling or similar financial or quantitative analyses
• speak and write English fluently.
