Dedicated assistant to join our Global Marketing team, Lyngby
We are looking for a highly motivated and independent assistant with a can-do attitude to join our Global Marketing team in Novozymes. The ideal candidate can keep a high-level overview as well as be detailed and structured as required. The key objective is to support our team in global marketing administratively as well as work on critical projects on his/her own, depending on ability.

Your key responsibilities include supporting a cross functional leadership team on portfolio and project management and coordinating and arranging workshops for business development- and launch related initiatives. You will drive communication around important team sites and tools (e.g. SharePoint, MS Teams) and take on administrative tasks such as booking of meetings and setting up events etc. Furthermore, you will assist in driving forward important business development projects in the pipeline and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis that can generate insights about external market conditions and internal business opportunities.

The position is around 20 hours +/- per week and workload can vary at times. We expect you to be flexible during critical periods but will likewise provide flexibility in work hours.

The location is at our newly built Innovation Campus in Lyngby, near Copenhagen.

In the position, you need to:

• be looking for part-time job or be a student (e.g. at bachelor or master’s programme or equivalent, preferably in business, management, food engineering or related field)
• take an interest in marketing, innovation, food & beverage or biotech
• take a special interest in learning and developing for yourself
• be detailed and structured and follow up on tasks
• be proactive and a team player - sense of humor fits well into the team
• hold excellent skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• be fluent in English, written and oral
