We are looking for a strong Delivery Management Manager (DM Manager) to join our growing Data and AI organization. The DM Manager is part of the Global Domain practice leadership team, and responsible for successfully leading a team of Project Managers toward high quality pursuits and projects which result in very satisfied customers and achieving Services business priorities. DMMs have direct people management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
As DM Manager, you will be accountable for:
- Domain delivery excellence strategy and execution
- Business Value & Relationship Management
- Domain deal review and approvals
- Oversee portfolio health, revenue, profitability and growth
- Coach and develop direct reports, conduct regular Connect Meetings and hold annual performance reviews with direct reports
- Lead the team to provide successful solution deployments and ensures proper business value while maintaining high customer/partner satisfaction
- Lead the team to manage customer expectations, scope changes and overall deliverables based on contractual agreements for assigned domain projects
- Oversight and management of the Domain Risk Reserve budge
- Apply strong leadership for the project management community
- Mentors and leads delivery management contributors and project managers across the organization on Data and AI
Generate a diverse and inclusive workgroup environment, demonstrating and cross group collaboration Close Collaboration with: Domain/Cross Domain Solution Architects, Services delivery Teams, Pursuit Lead team, Chief of Staff / Business Manager, Field Sales teams and Account Delivery teams
Qualifications
Master's Degree (M.S./M.A.) in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
