For Service Wind Power’s training center in Brande we are looking for a training coordinator to participate in the Implementation of our forecasting processes besides assisting in the daily activities associated with arranging and conducting trainings. The training center in Brande is responsible for delivering technical and safety trainings to our customers, comprising technicians and other Siemens employees as well as external business and contractual partners. What are my responsibilities? Participate actively in the sales and operations planning process to optimize our forecasting models Create and maintain a monthly supply plan Analyze and report performance via KPI on monthly basis Support on internal and external customer inquiries Ad-hoc tasks in relation to the customer service organization What do I need to qualify for this job? You have an administrative background with at least 2 years of experience with planning, preferably within Training and Course planning. You are a strong user of Microsoft office, specifically Excel and Power Point. As a person you are thorough, consistent and detail-oriented. You are self-driven and independent and work systematically in a structured manner. You are able to simplify complex messages via the use of good communication skills and you dare to constructively challenge ways of doing things. Furthermore, you thrive in a challenging high-tempo role, where you need to cope with different priorities. You can demonstrate good English skills, both orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
