- Administrative - Denmark - Søborg Would you like to assist a dedicated team within Global Development? Trial Management Anchor is looking for a Department Assistant to join us. In Global Development, we are responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide from early development phases to product introduction. We ensure medical and scientific documentation for clinical submissions and authorities while ensuring that the process lives up to uniform global standards, regulations and business ethics. We work in global project teams with focus on delivering viable products that make a difference to patients and ultimately benefit society. About the department Trial Management Anchor is part of Global Development and comprises a team of 13 dedicated employees with a shared interest in clinical trial optimisation and competency building within trial management. We develop and maintain the framework and processes related to the work of trial management skill types globally and to the international study groups in the drug development projects. Further we conduct a large number of training courses to support the various skill areas. The job As Department Assistant you will report to the Director of Trial Management Anchor. You will be responsible for a broad spectrum of administrative tasks. The key tasks include acting as Personal Assistant to the Director, prepare and control the budgets, administer and maintain the department websites, and prepare graphical presentations. Further you will provide general administrative support such as coordination of meetings and seminars, preparation of agendas and minutes, travel arrangements, settling of travel expenses and maintaining the department documentation in compliance with Novo Nordisk standards. The job is based in Søborg. Qualifications You are reliable, loyal and service-minded. You have a can-do attitude, enjoy working in teams according to tight deadlines, and master good communication skills. You have a flair for numbers and experience with the planning and controlling of budgets. You have solid IT skills and work in a structured manner with a sense for the details. You proactively take action and ownership for tasks and welcome new responsibilities. You have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment. You are proficient in both written and spoken English.
