Then we might have the right job for you. We a looking for at qualified department assistant to support our three departments; CLM Business Development, CLM IO projects and CLM Assembly project. It is a newly established position which will allow you to set your own personal mark on the content and scope of the position. About the department Contract & Local Manufacturing (CLM) is part of Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply organisation. CLM is responsible for Novo Nordisk’s outsourced drug manufacturing world-wide. The primary role of CLM is to select, monitor and control the production handled by local manufactures in countries like India, Bangladesh, Algeria, Egypt, Russia, Japan and Central Europe. Furthermore, CLM is involved in IO Projects and establishment of new production sites in countries where local presence is required in order to obtain market access. These projects are mainly driven out of the three departments that you will be supporting. The job will be situated in the CLM IO Projects department in Bagsvaerd. The job As department assistant you will support the three departments within a wide range of administrative tasks. The departments currently cover approx. 15 NN employees and a number of external consultants. We expect a rapid growth in employees during 2016. You will be in charge of the on-boarding of new employees as well as externals, travel and visa arrangement, coordinating of meetings and events, coordination of processes and the gathering of data and information from the organisation and various stakeholders. Preparation of presentations will also be part of your job. Other administrative tasks depending on your qualifications and competencies could be KPI follow-up, budgets and optimization projects. In addition, you should expect that administrative Ad-Hoc tasks will be at part of your daily work. Last but not least, you will be involved in administrative tasks across the CLM organisation working closely together with our other administrative assistants. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with an administrative background. The right candidate does not necessarily have many years of experience, but has a can-do attitude and comes with a proven track record of showing results from a similar position. The ideal candidate possess the ability to work independently and have a proactive approach to the job. In addition, you are structured and enjoy the details of planning, coordinating and quality in what you do. You are reliable, loyal and are able to manage several simultaneous tasks and perform under pressure. It will be an advantage if you have flair and interest for IT and technical solutions including the Microsoft Office Package. The job requires proficiency in English, good communication skills, cross cultural understanding and the ability to work in a complex and busy environment with a service minded attitude.
