We are looking for a dedicated and all-round Department Assistant to support two departments in DFP Manufacturing development in Hillerød and Bagsværd. The position is temporary beginning August 2015 ending June 2016. About the department Primary Packaging Development in Hillerød makes specification of packaging that protects our drug products, and DFP Project Office in Bagsværd is responsible for project management of Product Supply activities within all diabetes drug projects. We are almost thirty highly specialised employees in total. The job You will have an important administrative and coordinating role supporting the Department Managers at two different locations. You will act as Project Assistant for the NovoRapid® PumpCart® projects and in this connection you prepare for project meetings, write the summary and coordinate the practicalities concerning dispatch of monthly reports. Other key tasks will be to organise and keep track of our multiple electronic and physical archives, bring our intraweb up to date, make purchases, follow up on payments and report the results to the manager on a regular basis. A different aspect of your job is to assist in the recruitment processes and drive the onboarding of new employees. All in all, you can expect a highly independent position with a wide variety of tasks, giving you the opportunity to follow through on your own ideas and suggestions for improvement. Qualifications You hold a degree or comparable education at bachelor’s level giving you a commercial foundation. Covering at least 3 years as Personal Assistant, Department Secretary or Project Assistant you have acquired a strong ability to see things from the top and prioritise and coordinate tasks. Relying on your flair for IT, you are able to learn new systems and tools at a reasonably fast pace. Experience with SAP, Documentum, MS Office and MS SharePoint will be a plus. You are fluent in English, written as well as spoken. You have excellent communication skills and like to interact with people at different levels within the organisation. As you will support two locations, it will be a great advantage, if you hold a driving license and a car.
