You will be head of the Electronics Development Laboratory in Bjerringbro, which is part of the Business Development Laboratory. The Laboratory contributes to hardware development and maintenance of products within test set-up, prototype design, EMC, thermal measurements, design and mounting of PCBs etc. The environment is characterised by a passion for electronics, dedication and mutual sparring. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? As Head of the Electronics Development Laboratory, you will be overall responsible for deliveries to development and product maintenance projects and lead a team of 24-26 engineers, development technicians and apprentices. You will spend the majority of your time in the laboratory, and a key part of your job is to make sure your employees thrive and are motivated for collaboration and thinking out of the box. Further, you take part in operational tasks and ensure that deliveries are timely, of high quality and within budget. Furthermore, you carry out change management in collaboration with employees and managers in the Business Development Laboratory. You optimise and introduce new work processes and test methods making sure the department has the right resources, competencies and facilities available for on-going development. In your role, you will have ample opportunity to develop your skills, thus creating value for Grundfos. You get to influence the technical development by combining people management, project management and professional expertise. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You are an electrical engineer or similar with 4+ years of managerial or senior experience, preferably from a large company, thus you understand the challenges in a big organisation. Further, you have project management experience and product development experience is a plus. You are fluent in written and spoken English. On a personal level, you are engaging, trustworthy, and your interest in electronics is contagious. You can delegate tasks in a way that makes your employees perform at their best, and you are a visible leader who leads by example.
