Tasks & responsibilities: You will...

...support and cooperate with the Technical Project Manager to ensure that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the right quality and safety standards. You will support and assist in terms of ensuring an understanding of the technical scope and maintain a close dialogue with the Installation Manager, Commissioning Manager and Pre-assembly Project Manager to ensure alignment across the project. When the Technical Project Manager is not present, you will act on his/her behalf.

You will also be responsible for:

• Support and assist the Technical Project Manager in technical aspects of executing the project throughout the entire project life cycle
• Act as technical interface between internal and external key stakeholders.
• Proactively improve the project by avoiding, minimising or eliminating technical interface issues in advance
• Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies
• Co-ordinate technical deliverables before submitting to the customer and ensure the technical deliverables meet all customer and contractual requirements
• Report progress on technical issues to key stakeholders

Skills & experience: Our new colleague...

...has experience with executing technical projects. You have good turbine product/component understanding and awareness. A big part of your job will be to cooperate with various stakeholders, good communications skills are therefore a must alongside with excellent English competencies. As a person, it is very important that you possess good interpersonal skills and enjoy working with both internal and external stakeholders across the organisation. Since you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced organisation, it is important that you are flexible and can keep the overview even in, at times, hectic situations.

• Hold a relevant education, e.g. marine engineering background, project education.
• Have good organisational skills, risk management competences and general HSE knowledge
• Are reliable and well-organisation
• Can work independently and in teams
