Do you want to grow with us and be a part of shaping Nordea’s Contact Centre for future banking? The position we offer Branch & Contact Centre (BCC) Touch Points within Retail Banking IT is Driver Domain for internal frontend banking solutions used in branches and back office functions in the Nordic countries and Nordea Operations Centre (Poland). Contact Centre & Remote Advisory provides tools and solutions for both customer facing contact centres and internal help desks. We also deliver customer facing solutions via our Voice Portal and self-services. We are now looking for Developers to take an important role in shaping Nordea’s Contact Centre for future banking. Our goal is to create great customer service and as a developer in the team you will have an important role in reaching that goal. Together with a dedicated and highly skilled multi-national team, you will be involved in all areas of the work, from error fixing and development to major IT projects – always with a strong focus on the customers. As the main software is not developed in-house, our technical work is acting within applications possibilities of configuration and scripting. However, we develop some customisation and integration which means that programming skills are needed. You will be working both as a technical driver and engineer for many tasks related to our core platform Genesys CTI and other connected systems in the Contact Centre area. Working in our team of enthusiastic and experienced Genesys engineers/developers, you will both have a place where you will be appreciated by your peers and a place to grow. The position is located either in Stockholm or Copenhagen. The qualifications you need We believe that you have recently graduated, possibly with a few years of relevant working experience. Your skills include Java Programing (Java Core, J2ee), JavaScript, jQuery, Html, Css, Jsp, Ant scripts, Maven, Net C#, MVC, MVVM Framework, Spring Framework, Event based Web Development, Eclipse IDE. Experience with the Agile ways of working i.e. working in Sprint, SCRUM and Kanban will be considered an advantage. Moreover, experience and knowledge of the Contact Centre area and/or our technology is also seen as an advantage, but not required. We are looking for innovate Developers who are motivated to learn new things in a complicated environment close to the business.
