You enjoy being a key member of an international and diverse organization and you are capable of steering the development of a product portfolio together with the management group of the Enablers Business Unit, Systems. The Systems’ business unit is offering tailor-made solutions of speciality food ingredients like hydrocolloids, emulsifiers and enzymes providing optimal combinations of product functionalities and know-how. Your main success criterion is to secure the correct solutions for our customers. The main tasks in the position are to: Own and execute BU Systems innovation strategy, supporting BU Systems business strategy Responsible for ensuring optimal portfolio management process incl. projects stage gate process and for facilitating project gating Secure development of the innovation pipeline in BU Systems, globally and regionally, including a good balance between short and long term project activities Responsible for Innovation KPI’s and implementation through frequent, detailed and direct communication with key stakeholders Pro-actively evaluation of new ingredients/raw materials and optimization of existing raw materials (both externally and internally) Pro-actively drive technology development and process improvement/optimization to next level Responsible for IP strategy and management including regulatory compliance and freedom to operate . Job Qualifications You must have experience with product- or innovation management preferably within food ingredients. You work comfortable with business cases and financial analysis. Your technical education background is minimum a bachelor degree within food science or similar. A business-oriented training will be helpful. People listen when you speak, and as a strong communicator and with good interpersonal skills you work agile and effectively across functions/departments and cultures in an international matrix organization.
