Are you digital by heart with a love for creating and handling content for global campaigns? We are hiring two new Digital Content Specialist's to the in-house advertising agency in the LEGO Group. We are looking for someone who are able to both think and do digital. One who's innovative, creative AND structured as the same time!Consumer Marketing Agency (CMA) is the internal and highly creative hotspot in the LEGO Company, where more than 80% of all our global campaigns are born. The understanding of consumer behavior is at the very heart of our work, which is reflected in the communication strategies that go across all touch points and channels - both analogue and digital. And as digital is only growing and becoming more and more important, we are now looking for two new digitally savvy colleagues to help us maintain the high quality in this part of our campaigns, too. We work closely together in teams of digital content specialists, art directors, graphic designers and planners, pooling together all our knowledge and creative juices to create awesome communication experiences for children and their parents across the world. Reach your potential while inspiring the builders of tomorrow You are both experienced in and comfortable with working in the area of communication, where digital strategy meets creative ideation. At the same time, it's vital that you know how digital production works in order for you to contribute in the process. You will be dedicated to either our LEGO Classic Team (LEGO Classic, LEGO Creator, LEGO Juniors and Minifigures) or our Girls Team (LEGO Friends and more) in Billund. You will be close to product development and the global marketing department. And you can use your business skills and creativity every day to help create future digital content and experiences. You will work closely with our Digital Producers and Games Producers on delivering the above. Bring digital inspiration to the kids and parents of the world The overall challenge is to continuously link the campaign across online and offline for either a very young target group or a group of extremely social media savvy mums and dads. To do so, you have: A BA or MA in Media, Communication or Marketing paired with 2+ years of experience as e.g. digital producer, experience architect, digital strategist or digital/creative project manager Solid project management skills including follow-through on launch and production plans, economy and stakeholder communication Up-to-date knowledge of what is going on in the digital lives of our target groups Ideally knowledge of or experience with the 5-11 year olds segment or parents, however this is no requirement High level English skills and a flair for learning new software/hardware/devices Join the global family of LEGO® In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Community.
