Carlsberg GBS Digital Graduate Programme
The digital graduate programme is a challenging opportunity tailored towards top-class students fresh out of university. The programme is aimed to offer talented individuals with the right mind-set, a steep learning curve and a unique way of getting hands-on experience with what it takes to enable high performance in a multinational company of more than 40.000 employees.

 

We designed the programme in such a way that you will be responsible for operational matters from day one. You will be asked to coordinate and align activities towards our functional counterparts (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain or Commercial), while paving the way for new exiting digital opportunities. In other words, you must be able to hit the ground running, by sharing your insights and ideas from the day you start!

 

The Digital Graduate Programme runs over two years, after which time you will have received invaluable experience from at least three different types of roles in Carlsberg GBS. After the programme, we anticipate that you will have learned and grown to the extent that we can offer you a key role in the organisation, thus allowing us to continue your development to become one of Carlsberg’s future leaders.  

 

Mentor Based Programme
You will be paired with a mentor form our global GBS Leadership Team, who will help and guide you throughout the programme. You are responsible for your own learning, however your mentor will challenge your thinking and provide you with feedback on how you perform in different situations.

 

Our CIO Mark Dajani is the programme sponsor. He has high expectations, but is also ready to share his immense experience with you, and throughout the two years, you will get a number of chances to pitch your ideas to Mark and the rest of our leadership team. 

 

We are looking for four graduates in total, meaning that you will have fellow graduates, who you can use for sparring, knowledge sharing and initial network.

 

What are we looking for?
You are determined and playful, both when you work with realising your digital ideas and when you engage in complex problem solving to ensure a rock solid run of our operation. Once you are given, an assignment you take charge, align your stakeholders and keep going until all objectives are accomplished.

 

You hate failure, but also realise that it sometimes is a necessary stepping stone towards success. You are flexible, open-minded and embrace change. You are friendly, social intelligent and realise that the best work is done when a bit of fun is added to the process.

 

You are about to finish a Masters Degree (ITU, DTU or similar). Ideally your degree combines a technical foundation with a solid insight into the field of business administration. In addition to this, it is an advantage (but not a must) if you possess some of the following Qualifications:

• Profound interest in and basic insight about disruptive technologies – e.g. IoT, Machine Learning & AI
• Understanding of basic Data Analytics and ability to transform findings into value adding activities
• Insight in the design of user interfaces and user experience (UI/UX)
• Passion for innovation – especially when technology is the driver in business model innovation
• Experience with the toolboxes of project and process management
• Strong Business Acumen and a desire to lead the way
• Most important you have the right mind-set and attitude

 

Finally, we assume that you are an experienced user of the Microsoft O365 suite (Maybe you even have some experience with PowerApps, Power BI and MS Flow). You are a great ambassador and teacher of any IT tools.

You are fluent in English. Travel may be expected at times.

The recruitment process

The initial recruitment process is managed by Moment on behalf of Carlsberg and all questions regarding the program can be directed to carlsberg (at) moment.dk.

 

After deadline the best applicants will be contacted for an screening interview. If you succeed in the screening interview, you will be invited to the one of the Carlsberg Graduate Days, which will be held on the 6th and 7th February 2019.

 

The program will be kicked of from 1st of September 2018.
