You responsibilities  

As Digital Lead you will be responsible for driving projects, customer engagements and securing sales. Your primary role will be to advise and engage with customers to formulate their digital business requirements. You tasks will include:

  • Scoping and delivering consultancy services to develop and optimise our deliverables  
  • Driving projects and project teams in close collaboration with customers  
  • Actively working with customers and networks to inspire and create new assignments  
  • Taking part in developing the business and your area of expertise  
  • Involvement in sales activities  

Your experience and qualifications  It is a prerequisite that you have solid experience with comprehending our customers’ business and drive engagements. You will translate big data and analytics into business opportunities and help our customers grow. It is beneficial if you:

  • Hold relevant master’s degree in IT or Business  
  • Have 5+ years of experience from management consulting or a digital organization  
  • Have experience with driving organisational and business initiatives
  • Have a strong network and thrive on establishing good relations with customers at all organisational levels      
  • Are capable of scoping and selling important projects for the business  
  • Have an outgoing personality and the desire to facilitate dialogues on all levels  
  • Keen interest in working in a cross professional unit with focus on both business (viability), customer experience (desirability) and digital technologies (feasibility)  

As a person, you are passionate about advising customers and see new opportunities in the market. You are also a great communicator and successfully manage stakeholder management – both externally and internally.

You will be part of a team consisting of professional colleagues designing and developing complex solutions for our customers within NNIT’s strategic segments.
