Driving the digital learning agenda in a newly established global function in LEO Pharma.

LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that is why we need you. Developing new competencies is a key enabler for LEO Pharma in succeeding with our strategy, that is why a global LEO Pharma Academy is currently being built and we are looking for new passionate learning members to join our team. The Digital Learning Lead will be responsible for designing the digital learning landscape and creating pioneering digital learning in LEO Pharma.

The LEO Pharma Academy is a part of LEO Pharma’s Strategy Execution and Change unit with a big agenda. Becoming part of our team will give you the opportunity to make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world.

The job

The Digital Learning Lead will:

• Together with the Global Head of L&D set the standards, methodologies, best practice and governance on best in class LEO Pharma learning
• Role these standards out in the organization by creating guidelines, toolboxes and providing coaching support
• Create the global digital learning strategy founded on best practice and newest research. Create plan for execution and execute on the plan while fitting it with the existing LEO Pharma learning culture
• Develop best in class learning assets and create a content management framework
• Ensure relevant impact measurements on specific strategic learning agendas and on the L&D department
• Move the change journey and enhanced learning maturity forward

Other Tasks:
The Digital Learning Lead will ensure good roll out of the new Learning Experience Portal to all of LEO Pharma. You will create a network of learning professionals in LEO Pharma, share best practice and collaborate across the global organization. As you will be part of a newly established team, you will also play an active part in creating a great L&D team where we build on each other’s strengths, work agile, deliver high quality learning to the business and have a lot of fun.

Your qualifications

You have deep knowledge in learning and keep your knowledge sharp by following the newest research and trends. You are an outgoing achiever with solid experience in digital learning and in managing projects in agile ways. You enjoy working across functions and stakeholders, sparring and developing best in class learning solutions with colleagues around the world. You have experience building impactful learning experiences in a global company and you know how to deal with complex stakeholder groups and how to bring your change toolbox to good use when creating a culture change. You are curious and eager to find the right solutions to meet the organizational needs. You are motivated by being part of a newly established function in LEO Pharma.

Professional competencies:

• Degree in learning, HR, Digital solutions, Business Psychology etc.
• 5+ years of experience in digital learning/development
• Strong track record in agile ways of working and change management
• Subject matter expert in future digital learning and learning in the flow of work
• Mastery in English, written and spoken

Skills such as agility, creativity, collaboration and communicating effectively are critical. In addition, you are structured, good at planning and you know that impact data is key. You are analytical, strategic and driven by delivering tangible results and business impact.

Your new team

You will be part of a newly established team of dedicated learning professionals. We will work closely together with the team in Strategy Execution & Change who are driving LEO Pharma’s transformational journey. In addition to yourself, 3-5 two learning professionals are expected to join our team in 2019.
