Waremakers is on a mission to bring genuine quality back to the world — and we need you to help us.

Waremakers launched in late 2013. We have a staunch ambition to become the web’s hub for quality goods — promoting the independent producers around the world who make the finest quality products available to man.

Our platform currently offers accessories and stationery but we will expand into several other categories in the future — aiming to become the web’s number one stop if you are looking for supreme quality products. An Amazon for the best human kind has to offer, you could say. Or a quality Etsy for professional producers.  

We recently partnered up with one of Denmark’s biggest companies and are now expanding our team from 2 to 5 members to fulfil our ambitions.  

 

YOU

You are a multi facetted digital marketer who knows how to promote in style. Our strategy is not to advertise our way to quick sales but to build long lasting relationships with customers through:

• Offering worthwhile content
• Engagement on social media
• Building the brand through PR and blog collaborations
• Continuously tweaking our website to increase engagement

So this is your turf. You have a can-do attitude and are full of ideas about how we can make the world know about Waremakers in a cost efficient manner — and you know how to manage social media.  

You speak perfect English — you are either a native speaker or bilingual for all practical purposes. Our working language is English and whether or not you speak Danish is irrelevant.  

It is important to us that you share our ethos: We truly care about humans making things to the highest standards and we wish to encourage people to buy better quality products. And we are convinced that you can only truly promote something if you genuinely believe in it.  

You have relevant experience, ideally from another startup, and you have great drive. You will become a key part of Waremakers.  

In terms of your working tools, you can tick as many of these boxes as possible.

• General social media management
• Facebook Ads and Power Editor

• Google AdWords
• Google Analytics
• KissMetrics
• Mailchimp
• Photoshop
• AdRoll
• SEO
• Basic photography / video shooting and editing skills
• And probably more that you can teach us about  

 

WE OFFER

We have just received finance and are setting out on a mission with all the buzz and energy that this entails. You will become part of our very small team and be part of the project right from the start.

We are currently looking for new offices in the centre of Copenhagen, so everything will be new for everybody.  

Initially you will be our digital marketer, but we hope that one day soon you will be the CMO of world famous Waremakers. This is a position with room to grow.  

We offer an attractive starting salary — also with room to grow.    

 

WHAT NOW?
