Would you like to help set the agenda for digital marketing in Grundfos? If you are passionate about digital customer experiences, we are looking for you to leverage our digital marketing efforts within Grundfos. Join the Group Marketing department and get a chance to make a difference. In Group Marketing, you will be in a team of 4 marketing specialists working with different areas within digital marketing. Collaborating with internal marketing colleagues and external agencies, we apply diverse specialist knowledge to develop and implement successful marketing projects. You refer to Group Senior Director Jacob Fibiger Jensen. ”You join a great team of 4 colleagues who work closely together to drive digital marketing activities. We have different backgrounds, but we all share a deep interest in utilising digital as a marketing and sales driver,” Jacob explains. What is the job about? As a digital marketing consultant, you work with digital marketing activities and initiatives supporting our global customer marketing programmes and our global product launch activities. You will also be a partner to marketing project managers, helping them understand and employ digital marketing opportunities, for instance SEM/SEO, marketing automation and email marketing. Moreover, you build bridges between marketing and IT, ensuring the development of digital marketing in Grundfos. Furthermore, you become involved in strategic projects, where your key responsibilities are to develop and execute digital activities that support the business of Grundfos. Keeping track of the latest digital trends, you ensure extraction of key learnings, thereby ensuring that Grundfos stays at the forefront of digital marketing. “You will enter into a complex matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders. Working in the interface between marketing and IT, you will get to use your strong networking skills, your customer focus as well as your ability to think holistically,” Jacob says. What do you need to apply? You have a relevant master’s degree within marketing and/or business combined with at least 3 years of experience with digital marketing. With your knowledge of digital marketing (e.g. SEO, SEM, social media, retargeting, marketing automation and email marketing), you understand how to create an optimal customer experience. Furthermore, you understand the customer journey and know how to plan and develop meaningful customer interaction flows based on insights and data. “On a personal level, you are a hands-on professional, who is able to execute and follow through on projects. With your positive attitude and global mind-set, you find it easy to collaborate with both local and global stakeholders. You quickly adapt to new technical systems, and you have a structured approach to working with data. Lastly, you have a true passion for the digital world, always keeping yourself updated on new trends and opportunities,” Jacob finishes.
