Lokation DK - Smørum .Would you like to get substantial experience with management of various digital marketing projects in one of Denmark’s leading hearing companies? Do you have great experience within planning digital marketing? Then we might have a job for you at Oticon. We are experiencing a substantial growth in our business and want to attract an ambitious and engaged digital marketing planner who will be responsible for planning and managing digital sale and marketing activities. The position As a digital marketing planner, you will become part of our team where we strives to supply the best solutions suited for both the BtB and BtC market. We operate and support both our brand organisation and our sales companies worldwide in different digital channels. You will be in charge of planning our digital projects with the main responsibility of setting the project team either with internal resources or by using external vendors. You will be responsible for communicating with different stakeholders inside and outside our organization. Furthermore, you will be responsible for knowledge sharing in the team across the different digital marketing best practices. You will get a chance to play a leading role within our marketing department where the main responsibilities include: One-point-of-entry for larger incoming digital marketing projects Communicate with internal and external stakeholders Planning and structuring digital marketing projects Consult on digital marketing projects Knowledge sharing across the team Your background We expect you to hold a relevant degree at M.Sc. level. In addition, you have minimum four years of experience within digital marketing, maybe from an agency. Likewise, you have a profound understanding of digital behavior and solid knowledge of digital marketing best practices. We are looking for a proactive, dynamic person, who finds it easy establishing and maintaining personal relations across a large organization and with multiple interfaces. We expect you to be structured and you need to have a great overview of the different digital marketing projects. You are comfortable working in an international environment and communicate, argue and present your opinions in a strong and convincing way. Lastly, we expect you to have great people skills.
