The primary responsibility of the Digital Media Data Analyst is to assist the Customer Strategy Team in the production of various customer-facing reports and research projects, by undertaking extensive data analysis. The primary task will involve producing KPI reports for Falcon.io’s global customer base, which is primarily focused around social media metrics. Furthermore, the position entails working with broader digital, CRM, and paid metrics. As part of the Customer Engagement department, your role will contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. This position is part­-time, approximately 15-20 hours per week, some of which may be carried out remotely. Responsibilities •Collect and analyze data related to social media marketing - this may also include broader digital metrics, and paid metrics. •Using a mix of data sources to generate weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports, as well as audits, for customers. •Keep current on industry trends. •Innovate and expand the scope of current reporting services to our customers. Requirements •Proven track record of Data Analysis and Insight Generation. •Strong knowledge of Social Media Analytics - Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, Instagram, YouTube and more (Paid metrics on same, e.g. Facebook Ad Manager). •Ability to report on conversion tracking across digital platforms. •Highly competent skill level with Excel (incl. illustrating data through graphing and Pivot Tables). •Understanding of other digital channels (web analytics e.g. Google Analytics, paid media, crm, etc.). •Proficiency manipulating/analyzing data generated from digital media analytic tools such as Falcon.io, Radian6, Sysomos, Brandwatch and Simply Measured is preferred.
