Contribute to the development of a strong, integrated and agile collaboration between LEGO Education, Corporate IT and Digital Solutions Key to this role is to consolidate and support the definition of the business direction for the LEGO Education Digital Platform, and represent the business in the program management of the Digital Platform. Further the role inquires support to the demand and capacity planning for LEGO Education. In this role you must ensure that the Digital Platform (DP) and the IT/digital roadmap enables the short and long term LEGO Education Value Proposition. According to this your key functional responsibilities will be: Responsible for agile prioritization of all IT/digital projects of the DP road map across the business. This involves making decisions on a daily/weekly basis around scope changes and changes to timing or cost. Translate the needs of the business into strategic design principles and high level requirements for the overall DP development roadmap. Track insights from educational market or other relevant industries on key digital platform technology trends. Participate in cross organizational forums as business representative for the DP - such as the "LEGO Education Roadmap Alignment Group", the "LEGO Education Customer Experience Forum", as well as various Steering Groups for larger LEGO Education strategy projects. In this position, you will be challenged on your ability to balance interdependent development roadmaps across Solution Marketing, Solution Experiences and Digital Platform priorities. Further you will be obliged to inspire and motivate the DP team, while having no direct people management responsibility. The global nature of your position takes you travelling approximately 20-40 days per year. To succeed in this job it is essential that you: Have 5-8 years of experience working with digital and IT development, preferably with specific experience around building a global web based platform across sales channels either within a global company or a smaller start-up. Have strong change management experience where you successfully have driven or supported organizational transformation. Preferably have experience with customer journeys and creating seamless experiences. Hold a Master degree within Computer Sciences, Business Administration or a comparable discipline.
