Join a friendly, creative marketing team

As a member of our marketing department, you’ll join an inventive, energetic team that works to position our brand as uniquely in the market as possible. The global marketing group consists of experienced specialists covering areas such as branding, campaign management, digital media, content creation, channel marketing and graphic design.

You’ll work well both independently and in teams, sharing your knowhow and expertise with colleagues. It’s crucial that you understand how to navigate a fast-moving, international organisation with a wide variety of stakeholders, including our colleagues in sales and R&D.

Your role

As our Digital Platform Manager, you’ll refine, implement and maintain our digital marketing strategy, thereby sustaining and strengthening a consistent and industry-leading customer experience for our target audience. Together with our Digital Campaign Manager and Content Director, you will prioritize continued growth and traffic generation. You will develop, manage and maintain our platforms and provide the marketing team with digital marketing insights through a mix of website reporting, tracking digital trends and monitor KPIs.

Finally, in this role success comes from a genuine need to improve online solutions and enrich customer’s digital experiences with Dynaudio.

Responsibilities

• To develop and maintain an industry-leading digital marketing strategy
• To improve and sustain Dynaudio.com with focus on our target audience and make sure that we support local regions
• To align digital platforms such as e-mail marketing, marketing automation platforms, internal enablement platforms with business priorities and needs (except social media)
• To support sales with lead-generation, digital insights and competitive intelligence
• To monitor and report on traffic, leads, conversions and online sales

Your profile

• Hands-on experience in Analytics, CMS and similar platforms
• You know how to execute on projects and get it done on time
• Proven experience in implementing digital marketing strategies in a global organisation
• Deep technical understanding of CMS, media handling and media graphics
• Experience with web analytics, both solutions and tracking
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• A strong communicator with excellent language skills in both written and spoken English
• Ability to travel between 5-10 days per year, developing crucial relationships with our global colleagues and partners
• You have at least 5 years of experience within the field
