Create innovative digital play experiences based on LEGO® Products Essentially, your role will be to bring our digital ambitions to life. To do so, you will be based in the growing One Reality Technology team of 5 people, who work to bridge physical play with the digital world through innovation. In particular, you will: - Work with our Product Development teams to develop exciting new play experiences - Ensure world-class quality and the strong LEGO Values that our consumers expect from our brand - Be responsible for delivering to scope, budget and time frames - Support a digitalisation programme throughout the organisation - Work seamlessly with internal and external teams and vendors Use your creativity to inspire To deliver digital experiences in the LEGO Group, you will need to understand our consumers and be able to excite them in a highly competitive market. A digital expert with strong business understanding The role requires you to have multidisciplinary abilities to stay on top of a dynamic, complex field. You need to possess an innovative mindset combined with solid business understanding, particularly when assessing new technologies. As you will have a large contact surface and work with many different stakeholders, you have to be great at collaboration and stakeholder management.
