- Administrative - Denmark - Gentofte We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Director for one of Biopharm QC’s laboratories in Gentofte. You will work closely with the Director and the management team. The position requires strong organisational skills and a high degree of independence as well as detail orientation. About the Department The Biopharm QC is a department of 50 employees in 4 analytical teams. We are a newly established department as of 2nd March 2015. We support both Biopharm as well as CMC departments in analysing the new haemophilia products FXIII, N8GP. The department covers chemical- biological- as well as HPLC analysis. The job As a Director Assistant your key area of responsibility will be to support the Director in establishing smooth operation of various processes. As the department is newly founded, we look forward to developing it, establishing systems etc. – together with you. Your tasks will include organising, monthly reporting and following up on management meetings, projects and organisational requirements. You also have an essential role in the Anchor budget planning and monthly follow-up. Furthermore, you will be a member of the management team in the department and participate in tasks as arranging department seminars, workshops etc. Finally, you will work closely together with the Director Assistant of the other Biopharm QC laboratories as we are sharing the same house at Brogårdsvej. Qualifications You have an administrative education or hold a bachelor degree and have a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience. You demonstrate good business understanding and master professional communication skills. You have flair for numbers, economy and solid IT skills. You are fluent in English both written and spoken. You have a strong Quality mind-set and understand the GMP principles that are the basis for our business. Experience from a similar position in Novo Nordisk is a must and candidates with an economy education will be preferred.
